quarter3 reflection
|
In this quarter, we have learned about human rights and universal ethics. We have learned the law for both adults and children. For example, every people has the right to kill people under the reason of self protection within their home area. Moreover, we have learned about the conflict between countries that shares the boundaries such as Thailand and Cambodia.
In the class, we have done three main activities. First is to search about the laws of protection either for the children or every person. Then, create a cycle to show how one problem can lead to others. For example, if the children are not educated, they may not have a really good job that makes them money. As a result, it is possible that they will commit a crime. This is relate back to the right of children that they should be educated. The second work is that we were assigned to find an example of news. Then, we get to analyze the newsstand create a cycle containing problems that we found in the news to show the relations between each one. The third activity is that we have learned about the conflict between countries. We were given an example of Thailand and Cambodia as well as India and Pakistan. Also, we were informed about what are the ethics indicating living together peacefully. Lastly, we were asked to find an example of countries that live together peacefully and find a picture of their shared boundaries. These units are really useful as they help us learned about how to be a good national and global citizen. This would be useful as we all must know how to live with others peacefully. |
